Once payment is made, it signifies agreement to the scope of work and deliverables. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction, delay in response, or change in client needs.
  • If a project remains incomplete due to client delay, non-cooperation, or lack of materials, the Company reserves the right to mark the project as complete or terminate the service without refund. The Company shall not be liable for losses resulting from the client’s indecision or delay.
  • The Company makes no guarantees regarding business outcomes or revenue results from marketing or digital services. Success depends on several external factors beyond the Company’s control, including market trends and platform algorithms. Hence, no liability is accepted for campaign or SEO underperformance.
  • All creative, technical, and strategic materials — including code, designs, layouts, brand assets, written content, and digital templates — remain the exclusive intellectual property of Critic Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for internal use only. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or modification is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
  • The Company shall implement reasonable data protection and uptime measures, but no system is fully secure. The Company shall not be held responsible for any cyberattack, data loss, or downtime. By using our services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts or projects if misuse, misconduct, abusive communication, or unethical practices are detected. Such actions may occur without refund or prior notice.
  • The Company acts solely as an independent service provider. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from service use, delays, or technical faults. All services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty, express or implied.
  • The Company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that service. We are not responsible for failures or disputes related to third-party integrations (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp APIs, etc.).
  • All users must comply with applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000. Misuse, spamming, or illegal activity will result in immediate termination and possible legal action.
  • By using our website and services, you grant Critic Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd permission to use your business name, logo, or project details in marketing materials unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.
  • These Terms, along with referenced policies, constitute the full agreement between you and the Company. If any clause is deemed invalid, others remain enforceable. Non-enforcement of any clause shall not constitute a waiver.
  • This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
